Both. Some men come to me because their relationship has lost aliveness and they want to find their way back to it. Some come because they're dating and want to show up differently. Some come because they're navigating something entirely on their own. The work meets you wherever you are.

Most men I work with are intelligent, capable and successful. In fact, high achievement is often exactly what brings someone here — not despite their success, but because of it. The same drive that built the career, the reputation, the life that looks good from the outside, can become the thing that keeps a man from inhabiting himself fully. When you are always moving toward the next goal, you rarely stop long enough to feel what is actually happening in your body, your relationships, your inner life. The result is a man who is formidable in the world and strangely absent from himself.

Slowing down does not mean becoming less. In my experience, men who learn to sense and feel — who begin to listen to what the body and the soul are actually saying — do not lose their edge. They sharpen it. They become more decisive, more present, more magnetic.

This work is rooted in a spiritual understanding of the body, energy and human transformation. You don't need to have an established practice or use any particular language — but an openness to the sacred dimension of life is essential. If that resonates, we're likely a good fit.

Every initial session begins with a thorough intake process and clear Client Agreement to reveal the best approach for your unique needs and preferences. From there, we work with a custom combination of body dearmouring, Tantric sensual bodywork, energy work, trauma-informed somatic exercises, role playing and conscious communication tools and practices you can take into your daily life immediately.

Every in-person session and retreat is treated as sacred space.

Before a client arrives, I prepare myself and the space with the same care and intention I would bring to entering a temple. I create an altar with sacred objects. I purify myself — in mind, body and heart, and purify and ground the room, establishing a stable energetic foundation. I say a prayer for healing and empowerment. I connect with my own Higher Self and with the client's Higher Self. I invite in the frequencies and presences that are aligned with the work: unconditional love, liberating truth, and whatever else is needed and willing to support the process. I bring an offering and invite the client to bring one too — sometimes something they want to release, sometimes something they want to call in.

We hold the intention and knowingness that something larger is present in the room. The work we do together is in service of the Divine — the masculine and feminine principles inside and outside of us — with the highest intention being aligned with what is true, healing and in contribution to something beyond just the two of us.

The specific form of the ritual emerges organically with each person and each session. But the orientation is always the same. This is sacred work. It is treated accordingly, and it is definitely felt. 

Dearmouring is a somatic, body-based practice designed to release chronic tension, trauma and suppressed emotions stored in the body. The concept originates from psychoanalyst Wilhelm Reich's work in the 1930s, which recognized that unresolved emotional pain causes the body to physically tighten and restrict as a form of unconscious self-protection. He called this "character armor." Over decades, this understanding has been developed into hands-on bodywork practices that work directly with the nervous system to help the body unwind and heal.

The armor formed because the nervous system needed to survive something it could not fully process at the time. Painful experiences, trauma, shame, conditioning and heartbreak all leave their imprint in the body, shaping how we breathe, how we relate, how we hold boundaries, how we access pleasure and how we trust ourselves. However, over time the protection that once served us begins to limit us.

In a session, conscious pressure is applied to specific areas where tension tends to accumulate — the jaw, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis and thighs. Breathwork and sound support the nervous system to relax and open. As physical tension releases, emotional material often surfaces — grief, anger, fear, memory — not because it is forced, but because the body finally feels safe enough to let it move.

What matters most in this work is not the release itself. Release alone does not always create lasting change. If the nervous system does not feel safe while the release happens, the body will eventually return to the same protective patterns.The body of each client is met, held and guided into release at its own pace. Slowness, unconditional love and sacredness are essential to create a container it can trust. 

Trauma and life force live in the same places in the body. Where there is numbness or contraction, there is often also untapped vitality, creativity and depth. As armor dissolves, aliveness returns. Healing becomes not simply the removal of pain, but the return to a fully inhabited life.

I am trained in two forms of dearmouring: Zen Bodytherapy and Dearmouring Arts. 

No. They share a name and a common goal — releasing armor held in the body — but the methods and the underlying philosophy are different.

Shamanic De-Armoring, developed by Kristin Viken & John Kent, works through activation. Pressure points, vibration, self-stimulation and breath are used to rouse sexual life force strongly enough that kundalini rises up the chakra line and armor breaks loose through orgastic release. Arousal is the engine. The intensity of the charge is what moves the stagnation.

The work I offer moves in the opposite direction. Rather than activating sexual energy upward, the invitation is to slow down, breathe, and let the body relax deeply enough that what has been held underneath finally has space to surface. Presence does the work, not climax. When we find tension in the body we confront it & breathe through it as a way to release it. 

Genital touch, when it happens, is offered with love and care rather than for arousal — and this is precisely what makes it so confronting. It meets every belief about performance, pleasing, shame and judgment that the body has been carrying.

Both approaches are real, and both serve different nervous systems.

Someone who has lived numb, frozen, or disconnected from their body may genuinely need activation to come online — for them, intensity is a wake-up, not a bypass.

This work is for the man who has lived much of his life "on" — capable, alert, performing, achieving. Whose nervous system already knows how to push, climb, deliver and arouse. Who senses there is a deeper aliveness underneath all of that, but can't quite reach it through more effort, more intensity, or more stimulation.

For him, arousal is the most familiar escape route. Climbing the kundalini ladder is just another performance. The healing is downward, inward, slower. The work is to slow down enough that what has been buried under a lifetime of doing can finally surface and be met.

I don't cure anything — and I'd be skeptical of anyone who claims to. The body has its own innate intelligence. My role is to create the conditions for that intelligence to come online more fully. The result is not something I do to you, but what becomes possible when the right conditions are in place.

That said, men who come to this work often arrive carrying some version of disconnection from the body and sensation, difficulty with vulnerability or emotional presence, patterns that repeat in relationships despite their best intentions, shame, performance anxiety, loss of vitality, and an emptiness or quiet loss of purpose.

Yes. These are welcome here. In my experience, sexual performance challenges rarely have a purely physical root. They are most often expressions of something happening in the nervous system — unprocessed stress, anxiety, shame, disconnection from the body, or relational patterns that haven't been named. When we work with the body somatically, address what is held in the tissues and build genuine presence and safety in the nervous system, performance often resolves on its own. This is not a guarantee, but it is a meaningful and underexplored avenue for men who have tried other approaches without lasting results.

BDSM is not a specialty of mine, but the exploration it invites people into is very much part of this work. What I work with is the territory underlying BDSM: the relationship to power and surrender, the capacity to receive and to hold, the places where desire is tangled with shame or fear, the nervous system's ability to stay present in intensity.

At its best, BDSM is not about pain or domination for their own sake — it is a structured exploration of power, surrender, trust and sensation. When practiced consciously, it can be profoundly healing because it gives people a container to safely explore dynamics that live in the unconscious, to practice surrendering control, to experience being held in power without being harmed, or to step into authority without shame.

For many people, it is one of the few spaces where they have felt truly seen in the fullness of their desire. The reason it can be so charged — and so compelling — is that it touches something real about how we relate to power, vulnerability and trust in all areas of life, not just in the bedroom.

Yes. Prep sessions, integration sessions and ongoing support between sessions typically happen on Zoom. Immersions typically happen in person.

In-person sessions are held at a location we agree on together, confirmed in your Client Agreement before we begin. Prep and integration sessions are held on Zoom.

This work engages with sexual energy as a healing and transformational force — not as a sexual service. No sexual services are offered or exchanged. Touch is negotiated collaboratively, consent-based and purposeful at all times.

This work is trauma-informed, which means we move at a pace that your nervous system can integrate. If something intense arises, we slow down and orient. Surrender is part of the process — and there is a difference between surrendering into something held, and losing yourself in something unsafe. The container is designed to make the first possible.

Yes. Everything you share — in the Intake Questionnaire, in our sessions and in any communication between us — and everything that happens in sessions is held in strict confidence.

Yes. Most men who come to this work have no prior experience with somatic or Tantric practice. What matters is that you are genuinely curious and willing to show up honestly. The intake process is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
